  Disgusted by poor attitude and lack of professionalism of all staff in this chemist. I popped in, as my local chemist was closed, to collect medicine for my 3 yr old daughter using the 'Care of the Chemist.' The male chemist behind the open pharmacy referred to blaggers and looked at me. When I questioned this comment he was right to look embarrassed, however the counter assistant Karen became defensive and said "it was only a joke" without a smile or apology. The manager/lead Chemist witnessed all of this and had no issue with the unprofessionalism of her 2 staff which leads me to question her professionalism also. I will ensure that I never have to return to this Chemist again. Very poor.
