My daughter was going to pick the flowers up and the lady said she would have them waiting for her and would watch out for her as parking was not very good. My daughter arrived at the shop shortly after I phoned and the lady ran outside with the flowers so my daughter did not have to worry about parking. Perfect customer service, beautiful flowers and I will definately recommend and use Holly's Florist again. :))))
