- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-06-23, by Lauren SmithNot the best boots, refused returns on some items that were sealed and made me drive over to a different boots for a refund who were shocked that I had been refused there and said that it was appalling. Lost my order once and I had to wait for a new one to arrive. Not a great selection so overall not very good. Would make the extra effort to drive to the boots at Gemini retail park as it is larger and the staff are far friendlier and much more helpful.
