  constant issues. My car has been in the garage for a week and a half now and they've managed to order the wrong parts delaying it another 24 hours. Constantly waiting for a call back and never getting one. Asked if anything could be provided for me to use as it's our family car to be promised something and for it then to never come through which has lead to wages being spent on public transport for 2 adults and a child. I was told the correct part was due to be there at half 2 today and I would receive a call and as expected no call has been made. I would never recommend Arnold Clark St Helens.

  Arnold Clark have never failed to amaze me. They're always great value and they're always true to their word. I have dealt with a few branches over the years, dealing with the Ashton branch was my first. From the word go, everything had gone very smoothly and efficiently. I was dealing with Paul Harding who was a trainee. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul for all his hard work, never have I had a car complete with in 48hrs and most of all, he got me in the car of my dreams! Good luck Paul, I'm sure your going to make a good success at Arnold Clark. On the hand over, there was a lady called Gena who is a genie, Paul had asked what time she's finishing and she said 6pm, this was at 5:55. Gena didn't flinch to assist me, she's very customer focused and that's what makes Arnold Clark great to deal with. Thanks again to your brilliant team! Chris
